I understand, acknowledge and agree that I have voluntarily provided personal information to GLI, including but not limited to Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) such as my name, address, and email address, in order to receive information about the Gettysburg College-Gilder Lehrman MA in American History Program (“Program”) offered through Gettysburg College's Department of History (“Gettysburg College"). GLI will provide my personal information to Gettysburg College for the purpose of GLI and Gettysburg College's facilitating my prospective application to the Program and that Gettysburg College and/or GLI will use my information to provide information about the Program to me.
